Anyone who is a regular reader of this blog will already know that Rowan is really into musical instruments right now. Not only does he like learning the names of the different types of instruments and what musical family they belong to (his knowledge has of course already surpassed mine) but he also loves learning to play as many instruments as possible.

In recent times he has taken up the trumpet and piano alongside the guitar and accordian that he already had and played at home.




We have recently noticed that some of the other kids that come out to The New Trails Centre are also music fans and enjoy playing with the few instruments that we have lying around. We were therefore wondering whether if anyone has any old instruments lying around they might be willing to donate them to The Horse Boy Foundation. We hope to eventually be able to start a band with some of the kids...
