On May 7th The Horse Boy Team was invited to attend a Charreada (or Mexican Rodeo) in downtown Elgin. As you can imagine we were all very excited and took with us four of our horses (Clue, Spirit, Breac and Marvel) - all with the word 'autism' painted on their butts.

We were all thrilled when we were invited to ride in the Grand Opening and Spirit and Breac in particular had a great time showing off their skills to the other horses. All four horses (and their riders) were very impressed with some of the cool things that the other horses could do and were very curious about the rodeo bulls that occasionally shot through the arena doing their absolute best to buck off their determined riders.
