Our team developed some outstanding Halloween and Fall ideas for playdates- see picture gallery for visual inspiration and please feel free to add with your amazing creativity!

Treasure Hunt/Haunted Trail Rides: Hide treats on tress to collect- decorate with more or less spooky items (depending on age)

Painting minis, goats, trees, targets

carve pumpkins

slime station with fall flavors

science activities (Why do we get goosebumps; static with balloons and tissues: make ghosts fly etc.)

family and volunteer freeze tag

game call out questions fo where you feel you fit best- signs with LOVE, DISLIKE< DON'T CARE

Red light- green light

Duck Duck Goose

Obstacle course building and riding

Jousting "Dungeons and Dragons"

Small pumpkin carving- it seems kids enjoy small pumpkins more and there is time for other activities

Leaf printing- paint and print

Dress up horses and self

We had on one of the last Halloween playdates paper ghosts hanging in the tree that had long paper tubes dangling down that the kids like to walk through. 

We usually also had a spooky treasure hunt in the woods just before dark with volunteers hiding in the woods. Rowan in particular like those!
