Have you tried any art work ? Just expressive painting, really big sheet of paper, paint borders blue, and just let him really splash out? Then there is a colirio excersise, just blue paint.... for as long as he likes, notice where he starts, how he paints, just color , no seeking of an image, then take blue away, provide blue,

The blue will centre , provides quiet.....,later on you can introduce yellow, but this will bring him out, so go slowly on yellow....

Thanks all. He doesn't really I mean really like anything. We have dome quite a bit with him but it doesn't last, so we constantly have to change tac with him. I'm approaching things with him to find a balance between his massive highs and massive lows. I will try the painting idea.
