World famous author and founder of the Horse Boy Foundation Rupert Isaacson is in Limerick to give demonstrations on the power of horses to help people with special needs. Rupert, who lives in Texas, developed the Horse Boy Method after he discovered how his autistic son’s behaviour changed around horses.
