Biography/Services offered Catherine is a former public school teacher and lifelong farm girl. In 1999 she combined the two loves of teaching and animals into One Acre Farm and began offering small scale farming and animal husbandry classes. Through the years, more classes and programs were added. In 2016, after meeting Rupert and subsequently being trained in MM 1 & 2 and HB 1 & 2, she also became a trainer of MM 1 & 2. The Strides Autism Program was added to the offerings of One Acre Farm. All classes and activities became inclusive of all the farm offers. The farm continued to evolve and grow. Currently, One Acre Farm has a full time Early Childhood Farm School and a part-time Elementary Farm School, along with other activities like Kids Art & Play and Sensory Saturday.
