I worked a trampoline into many sessions this week and one of my long term kids (ASD) used some of the phrases we’ve been working on. Usually she uses one in a heavily elicited context, repetitively in the activity. That time she used three, mixed together – and correctly – in one activity. It was great to see.
I would love to come down to Texas. Luc D. is one of my kids. I heard that they were thinking of trying to get funding for at trip down there through a wish foundation. I suggested that it would probably be safest if he had a personal SLP to accompany him 😉
